Event Rules (Please Read Before Attending)
To ensure the safety and enjoyment of all participants, the following rules are strictly enforced. No exceptions will be made.
- No Pets Allowed: Service animals must have proper documentation.
- No Unauthorized Vehicles: No golf carts, bicycles, ATVs, SxSs, mini-bikes, skateboards, or hoverboards are permitted in the swap meet or car corral areas.
- Scooter Regulations: Maximum of 2 passengers per handicap scooter. No trailers may be attached to any scooter.

Please read all guidelines below to ensure a smooth event experience.
Building Hours & Vendor Rules
- Wednesday – Friday Pack-Up: Buildings secure at 6:00 PM daily. Vendor tear-down inside buildings can happen at any time; however, no vehicles are allowed to enter or pull up to building doors until 5:00 PM. All vehicles must be out by 6:00 PM.
- Saturday Pack-Up: Buildings remain open until 12:00 AM midnight to allow vendors plenty of time to pack.
- Cancellations: No cancellations or refunds after March 15, 2026. No exceptions!
Inside-Grounds Camping & Utility Fees
- Camping Fee: Camping inside the grounds is $50.00 per night. (Applies to all motorhomes, campers, and RVs not parked on an assigned campsite).
- Check-In: You must check in at the Red Booth located underneath the orange flight tower. Do not park without checking in. If you do not agree to the fee, please utilize the actual outside camping area.
- Electric Hookups: All inside-ground electrical hookups are $50.00 per hookup.
- Quiet Hours: Enforced from 12:00 AM to 6:00 AM for all generators.
- Generator Exhaust: Exhaust pipes must distribute air at least 5 feet high or higher out of respect for your neighbors.
- Nighttime Curfew: Campers must be at their site after 10:00 PM. No walking the aisles at night. No parties allowed inside the grounds. Violators will be removed immediately without a refund.
AVIATION / FLY-IN INSTRUCTIONS
Flying into Spence Airport (KMUL)? A Temporary Airport Traffic Control Tower will be operated by the FAA at Spence Airport during the event. Special Air Traffic procedures are in effect to enhance safety and minimize delays. Two-way radio communication with ATC is required.

- ATIS: 118.65
- GROUND: 121.6
- TOWER: 127.4
- Valdosta Approach: 132.37 (Provides approach control for IFR/VFR traffic advisories)
- Tower Hours: 0800-1800 EDT (1200-2200 UTC) daily.
Flight Procedures Quick-Guide
- Arrivals (VFR): Monitor ATIS first. Keep transmissions brief. Coming from South/Southwest: Proceed over Moultrie Municipal Airport (MGR) at/above 800 feet MSL, then contact Spence Tower. Coming from Northwest/North/East: Contact Spence Tower 5 miles out. Do not over-fly the exposition area below 1,300 feet MSL.
- Arrivals (IFR): No published IAPs for Spence Airport. Use IAPs for MGR Airport, cancel IFR with Valdosta Approach, and continue VFR to MUL if weather permits.
- Departures (VFR): Monitor ATIS, then monitor Ground (121.6). Taxi to the red or blue barrels and hold short. Do not contact the Tower until you are number one in line.
- Flight Briefings: File flight plans at least 1 hour prior to departure via Leidos Pilot Portal or call 1-800-WX-BRIEF.
