Ground Rules & Safety Regulations

Trash & Debris Policy

We are a swap meet, not a recycling or waste management company. Whatever you bring to the event, you must take back with you. Leaving behind metal, car parts, old tents, sheet metal, or household trash is strictly prohibited. Vendors caught abandoning items or trash will be permanently banned from all future events. If you see a neighbor leaving trash behind, please report it immediately to staff so we can address it.

Parking Restrictions

  • Only park on the specific spaces you have paid for. Do not park on unrented or empty spaces, as they belong to other vendors.
  • Vendor parking is limited strictly to designated Vendor Parking lots and your own rented spaces. This includes motorhomes and campers.
  • Parking on any grass areas or directly along the sides of the buildings is prohibited.
  • Violators who block other vendors from unloading or setup will have their weekend window passes and vendor privileges revoked immediately.
  • Traffic Curfew: All vehicle traffic inside the vending area is completely stopped between 10:00 AM and 5:00 PM, Thursday through Saturday. Please contact staff if you have an emergency exception.

Electrical Hookups For Mobility Scooters

A limited number of electrical hookups are available on the grounds in designated areas for $50.00 per 110V hookup.

  • Handicap Electric Scooters Only: Only approved handicap mobility scooters are permitted. They are limited to a maximum of 2 passengers and cannot pull trailers.
  • Prohibited Wheels: Bicycles, hoverboards, skateboards, scooters, rollerskates, unicycles, mopeds, and go-carts are strictly prohibited.
  • Aisle Etiquette: Do not leave or park scooters in the middle of the aisles. Pull completely to the side so emergency personnel, staff, and spectators can move freely. Abandoned scooters blocking aisles will result in the owner being asked to leave.
  • Parents: Please ensure your children follow this rule. Minor violations will result in the loss of your vendor spaces for future events.
